This is the eighteenth newsletter from Final Frontier Media. You can
find the previous newsletters
here.
First I will
tell you about the latest updates of Final Frontier Media. These news
Items will be larger than the news item you can read at the website. Final Frontier Media can't exist without other
websites on the net. Therefore there will be a subspace section in
every newsletter. In "subspace" I'll tell you something about
other websites. Every newsletter will end with some writings from me
about my website, or the newsletter or something completely
different. At the bottom of the newsletter you can read how to
contact me or how you unsubscribe from this newsletter. On the left
side you can see a small table of contents. By clicking on them
you can navigate through the newsletter.
This is the 18th newsletter from Final Frontier Media. I've
decided that from now on there will only be a newsletter every two
months. This give me more time to update the website. The last two
months 14 music videos, 9 links and several pictures have been
added. Beside new content the website had several small and large
updates.
I'll start will the small updates. Dead links have been removed from
the link section and faulty links have been repaired. The larger
update contains a lot more. A lot of pages have been checked from
begin to end. The coding is reorganized and the max. width is back.
A lot of pages are smaller in size, which is good for the loading
time.
In March there was a StarTrek.nl Ad-Horck Meeting. Pictures taken at
this meeting are now available for download. You can
download them
here, or watch them in the Final
Frontier Media Gallery. Remember you have to subscribe first,
before you can watch the pictures. Subscription is free.
In the category ST-Pages.de I have added one new music video. It
will probably the last one for now, as there is no more. It's called
"Haven"
and that's probably an writing error. The song used in the music
video is called "Heaven". It's all about the nearly destruction of
the NX-Enterprise at Azati Prime, in the same Episode of Season 3.
You can find the music video and more from ST-Pages.de
here.

More news
In the category Linsey there were four new music videos added. "Save
yourself" and "Breathe"
are about the friendship between Tucker and Reed. Both are great
music videos. "Hero"
is about Captain Archer and Lieutenant Reed. As you can see, Reed is
hot at the moment. The last added music video is "We
will stand together", this is really a great music video about
the beginning of a war. You can find Linsey's music videos
here.
Short after creating and releasing "At
your side", I created "DS9
Tribute 4 : Sorrow". An new DS9 music video with an new point of
view. Most of the music videos are focused on the battles and love
scenes in DS9. This music video is focused on the pain, sorrow and
fear in a war. This was especially good shown in the episode "The
siege of AR-558". One of the best episode from DS9. I loved creating
this music video. I hope you'll enjoy it. You can find the music video
here.
After 5,5 half years I have found another Meeting movie. This is
the one created on 11 September 2002 in Utrecht. In the meeting
section there was all ready the movie "Happy".
That is a compilation of pictures of that meeting. Now you can see
the movie. It's like going back to the dark ages. It's terrible to
see yourself in the past. It's fun to watch, all though the sound is
not very great synchronized. You can find this Meeting movie
here.
More news
Belanna is my head supplier of Star Trek Voyager Music videos.
This time, I've added a total of four new music videos.
Favourite
subject of Belanna is the relationship between Captain Janeway and
Chakotay. You can see this in the added music videos "Can't
fight this feeling", "Before
he cheats" and "Here
without you". The last music videos also shows the relationship
between Paris and Torres. All are great music videos. The last music
video to mention is "O'Fortuna".
A somewhat strange music video, because of the use of classical
music. It's really a good music video and the music also fits
perfectly. You can find Belanna's music videos
here.
In the category Other I've added one music video. It's created by
TruNeVar. She created this music video for a friend of her. It's all
about the Voyager Episode "Year of Hell". A great tribute to a great
episode. You can find
this music video
here.
The last two music videos are added in the category Scifispace. One
of them is created by Roelof P. the other by Daniel. "Remember"
created by Roelof P. is one of the first music videos he created. It
was in the days that Enterprise was cancelled. A tribute to the
series. The other music video is called "The
sun song" and is created by Daniel. It's about how the
Enterprise series should have ended. Both are really wonderful music
videos. You can find them
here.

I watched it before I read the description. That was excellent, in fact I did think it was a
professionally created trailer. Thanx for posting! - sarkat100 about "Deep Space Nine Trailer 1"
Totally Awesome... If I see this video 5 billion more times... it won't be enough. - SmileyJr01 about "Deep Space Nine Trailer 1"
Again a lot of response the last two months. This time again Youtube
responses, as the there was little Forum response. You can also enter comments in the
contact section.
After changing the max. width of my website and codes behind the
website, my website is fully functional at all browsers and all
resolutions. All though, less than 1024 by 768 is not recommended.
In the near future there will be a new section, called "About". In
this section several sections will move to. Some new information
will be added in that section. What it will be, you'll just have to
wait a while.
"After creating "At your side" I hope to create more music videos
this year. It would be great if I could reach five music videos for
this year." I Said this 2 months ago. Soon after "At your side" I
did create a new music video. At the moment I'm also busy with a new
music video. There's more to come. There's also a project running with
Scifispace.net
webmaster Roelof P. This will also be finished this year.
I'm still looking for people who do create music videos so I can add
them to the collection. Also stories or comments about my website
are welcome. If you write comments and you want that it will be in
the next newsletter, make sure you write more than a few words. All
ideas or comments can be send to me through the contact form, which
you can find
here. When you want to publish your music video you can do the
same.
This time in the subspace bulletin is the website "Adge's
Star Trek LCARS Site". When entering this website the
first thing you'll see is an LCARS intro. After access is
granted you'll see the main page. A lot of colourful LCARS is
to be find here. You can find a tremendous amount of LCARS
graphics at this website. Everything is neatly organized
into categories. It's sometimes heavy on your loading times,
but the graphics are really good. Beside LCARS you can also
find information about every serie and movie. You can also
find extensive information about the Treknology, Ranks,
Ships and Timelines. I don't even had the time to watch
everything. Big is an understatement. Every Star Trek fan
will love this website. You have to visit it. You can find the site
here.
In 2006 this website has grown more than I could ever wish for. In
2007 I just added more and more music videos. I think this year is
going to be, to enhance the website. The first step is taken in
December 2007 with PHP, the second step last month with changing the
max. width and cleaning a lot of coding. The next step will be done
soon.
I have also more time available now for creating music videos. The
Newsletter is now once per two months, this give me more time
for the website and other stuff. It's really great.
Personally everything is just going fine. I'm in the final days of
my study. There will be a time (maybe this year) that the updates
are somewhat irregular. But for now, enjoy en let me know what you
think about it.
Greetings from Zwolle.
