This is the twelfth newsletter from Final Frontier Media. You can
find the previous newsletters
here.
First I will
tell you about the latest updates of Final Frontier Media. These news
Items will be larger then the news item you can read at the website. Final Frontier Media can't exist without other
websites on the net. Therefore there will be a subspace section in
every newsletter. In "subspace" I'll tell you something about an
other website. Every newsletter will end with some writings from me
about my website, or the newsletter or something completely
different. At the bottom of the newsletter you can read how to
contact me or how you unsubscribe from this newsletter. On the left
side you can see a small table of contents. By clicking on them
you can navigate through the newsletter.
This is the twelfth newsletter from Final Frontier Media.
Again I had very little time to be busy with my website. Luckily
it's now summer, which means holiday. I have a few days off and one
day I use to update my website. So enjoy this newsletter with the
updates of the last two months.
So for last two months there a nine new music videos added. This brings the total to 137. There is also a huge update of
the picture section. This time there were no new links added.
First about the new pictures who were added last month. In July
there was a StarTrek.nl BBQ meeting and the pictures taken by
several BBS(Forum) members like myself, R2D2, Caretaker and
Paulstartrek are available for download. Beside these pictures also
pictures from Kevin of the Utrecht meetings this year are now
available.
The StarTrek.nl BBQ Meeting 2007 in Zwolle was a success.
"Normaal" or "abnormaal"?
More news
Not only new pictures were there to download. I've added a Photo
Gallery to the website. This means that more than 2500 pictures are
viewable after a quick registration. This is a simple but huge
upgrade for this website. In this gallery you won't find Star Trek
pictures but only pictures taken from the StarTrek.nl Meetings.
Remember, the gallery is in Dutch. If you like, click
here to register.
There is also a small and humorous music video created by R2D2. With
the pictures taken at the BBQ meeting 2007 this almost crazy music a
wonderful creation came to life. The music is in Dutch and is very
funny. The only music video for the BBQ Meeting this year. You can
download it
here.
More news
There are two new music videos added that were created by
Belanna.
Belanna does create some wonderful music videos. This time the music
videos Olympics and It's my life are added to the collection.
Olympics is humorous in a way that all sports and games in Star Trek
are allowed to compete. This also means fencing, boxing, baseball
but also Tongo, Chess and many others. The second music video is
called It's my life and is about the crew of the Starship Voyager.
Nice music video with Bon Jovi. Enjoy these two
music videos. You can find them
here.
Yet again there are two new music videos from Mary van Deusen. I've
added two music videos. One is about the relationship between Spock
and Kirk, the other one between Spock and Sarek. Both are wonderful
music videos. You can find her music videos
here.
Finally I've added two music videos from Scifispace. Bittersweet is
a wonderfull music video about the happiness and drama in the last
season of Star Trek Voyager and the music video Celebrating Voyager,
about Voyager in general. You can find the music videos
here.

Every month I'll add some
opinions from visitors which they sent to me from the contact form,
or opinions added at youtube. So every comment will finally find his
way into this newsletter. Some first comment is from a visitor to
my YouTube site. About the Music Video "Hurt" :
Tukachen VERY nice. This video was very touching, and it made me like
the song all the more.
oratorspeaker nice!!
TheWahTwoOne Great vid a touching tribute to a great show i liked all the
episodes with Marc Alaimo(Dukat) in he's a quality actor and
plays a good villain......5/5
trekfanatic Genius. You rock!
TwilightTwinkle Brilliant! Such a poignant vid.
The new music video, project V is started four months ago. As you
could read in the last newsletter there isn't a lot done yet. At
this moment, the situation is the same. I don't have a lot of time
and a music video comes not in the first place, because if I want to
make it right it takes a lot of time. But, don't be afraid I've good
news. Last time you could read I had time, but unfortunately my
software didn't work properly. Since then I've tried more things but
it seems that Pinnacle 10 and Windows Vista don't work well together.
I hope to work on it upcoming month.
I'm still looking for people who do create music videos so I can add
them to the collection. Also stories or comments about my website
are welcome. If you write comments and you want that it will be in
the next newsletter, mak sure you write more then a few words. All
ideas or comments can be send to me throught the contact form, which
you can find
here. When you want to publish your music video you can do the
same. Your comment can also now be published in the monthly
newsletters.
This time in the subspace bulletin is the website "StarTrek.nl
Forums".
This forum is part of StarTrek.nl but it's very special.
It's in my opinion the most important StarTrek forum in the
Netherlands. Beside you can talk about every Star Trek
serie, movie or technology or whatever you can also talk
about other Science Fiction series like Battlestar
Gallactica, The 4400, StarGate and many more. There is also
a possibillity for members to maintain a blog. The Uss
Lagrange is the ship used in the Sim which is played at this
forum.
And again two months and one newsletter. Hopefully this was the last
time this year. I'm very happy with the new Gallery which is added
this month. I've think about it before but I didn't get it working.
I've tried an other Gallery following the Advice of a friend.
Beside the gallery I'm pleased to see my website is still being
visited, even when there are no regular updates. I hope to improve
the updates, play less games and update more. Furthermore I've
little to say, so I wish everyone a Good holiday and see you next
month.
Greetings from Zwolle.
